New Accounts

Crupi Parts, Inc. is a Manufacturer/Distributor that sells primarily to bike shop retailers. Crupi reserves the right to refuse an account based on information you provide us. If we feel you’re not a bike dealer, we may not sell to you at dealer price. All new dealer applications must be filled out completely before we give out any dealer pricing. Orders being shipped within Nevada will be charged 7.1% state tax unless Crupi has your current Nevada Certificate of Resale on file.

Payment Terms

We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express payments at time of purchase. For Credit Card payments, you must provide the card holder name, card number, expiration date and security code (last 3 numbers on the back of Visa, M/C or Discover) or the 4 numbers on the front of an American Express card just below the card number. The billing address must match the card's billing address and the security code must match or the order will not ship. Crupi also accepts bank wire transfers for larger orders.  Parent approval is required on all orders placed by minors.

1-Year Warranty on Components

All Crupi and Rhythm components come with a 1-year material and workmanship warranty against manufacturing and material defects. All warranty claims must be handled directly through Crupi Parts. Crupi stands behind its products against manufacturing defects. However, bending or wear from use is not considered a defect nor is any stripping of threads but all warranty issues will be handled on an individual basis. Any item to be considered for warranty must be sent to Crupi for inspection. You must have prior authorization before sending in any warranty item and it must be sent to Crupi prepaid before any warranty will be given consideration. All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original printed sales receipt showing the original date of purchase. Warranties are only considered for the original owner. Without the original printed receipt, warranties will not be honored.

3-Year Warranty Policy on Frames

All Crupi frames come with a 3-year material and workmanship warranty. The warranty period begins on the date the product was sold and all warranty claims must be accompanied with the original printed sales receipt showing the original date of purchase. Warranties are only considered for the original owner. Without the original printed receipt, warranties will not be honored.

Frames must be returned to Crupi for warranty inspection and all returns must have prior authorization and be shipped freight prepaid. Each frame will be handled on an individual basis. Frame warranties include cracks or breaks along the welded area but bending is not covered under our policy and any frame that has been repainted will automatically void the warranty. Sometimes cracks in the frame may simply be from the thick powder coat paint used and if you sand that area down to see if the crack is actually in the material or the paint, this may help to answer your own question. For our customers outside the USA, Crupi will not pay the shipping cost to return any warranty frame. In some cases, we may be able to have you send us a picture to determine the warranty status and if warranty is accepted then we will require another picture of the frame cut into 2 pieces and showing the serial number before the new frame will be shipped.

Crash replacements can sometimes be offered at a discounted rate on frames that don't qualify for warranty but only to the original owner and these situations will be handled on an individual basis. Warranties are void if proof of sale to the original customer cannot be provided. Original and printed sales invoices/receipts are sufficient proof but hand written invoices are not.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please inspect your order thoroughly. If you are not satisfied with your order or the wrong product was ordered, we ask that you return the merchandise within 10 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt, in brand new condition and in the original packaging. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be made on any item that has been used or installed. Customers exchanging product are responsible for all shipping charges. Our returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or credits. All returns must be shipped pre-paid.

Refused Orders

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refused orders.

Shipping Damage

If your order is delivered damaged, please notify Crupi within 3 days of receipt. You must save your box for proof of shipping damage or your claim may not be processed. It is also a good idea to take pictures of how the package arrived.

Crupi's Retail Advertising and MAP Policy

Crupi Parts, Inc believes in and supports advertising & promotion of our full line of BMX racing products for our Dealers inside and outside the USA to create awareness of our products, availability, features and benefits. In order to facilitate the proper retail advertising presentation of Crupi or Rhythm branded products we are implementing the following Retail Pricing Policy. This policy in no way implies any attempt to control a dealer’s price of Crupi or Rhythm branded products. It is simply a policy of dealer retail advertising meant to protect the image and market value of our products worldwide.

  1. Any shop advertising and/or selling Crupi and Rhythm branded products must show Crupi's suggested retail pricing. A Maximum of 5% off the MSRP is allowed on all items other than Frames. Frames are to be shown at Crupi's MSRP pricing only. If you are outside the USA and you list prices other than in USD, your currency conversion must not fall under Crupi's USA pricing.

Shops may also advertise and sell our products via E-Bay, Amazon or Face Book but our pricing policies remain the same. Any Dealer found to be selling Crupi or Rhythm products under Crupi's MSRP will be blocked from purchases from Crupi until the corrections are made.

  1. This policy is in effect for "current products" we promote and does not include noncurrent or closeout items. However, any additional discounting of non-current products must indicate the product is noncurrent in such advertisement.
  2. Sellers are prohibited from advertising a price below the MAP (minimum advertised price) in effect at the time of the advertisement, or from using language in an advertisement that suggests a sales price below the MAP in effect at the time of the advertisement. The MAP for any of our products may be amended from time to time by Crupi and Crupi will update its Dealers with reasonable notice.

If any Seller is found to be in violation of this Policy, Crupi may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate their ability to purchase Products from any of our distribution channels. Reinstatement will be at the sole discretion of Crupi. Any USA shop agrees they are the final point of retail and will not export our items for resale. Crupi Parts, Inc. supports this policy, its enforcement and the value it provides to their complete customer base worldwide.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 11:00AM (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day provided there are no special circumstances, insufficient addresses, complete bikes, custom wheel builds or decals to print.  

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Crupi or other parties only as an estimate.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.  

Incomplete or Damaged Shipments

Crupi prides itself on filling the order 100% correctly but accidents can happen. If we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us within 5 working days after receipt of shipment. For Domestic orders, Crupi will at its own expense send a call tag to have the wrong item picked up from you and then send the correct item to you via UPS Ground shipping. For International orders, we will work with you to best resolve the problem.

If your order is delivered damaged, please notify Crupi within 5 days of receipt.  You must save your box for proof of shipping damage or your claim will not be honored.  You must also take pictures of the damaged box and product to send Crupi so we can properly process the claim.
