You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships. All orders now ship from Crupi's warehouse at zip code 89460.
All orders are shipped the least expensive way via UPS or USPS at standard residential rates, unless otherwise requested. To keep the rates down, insurance is not included on your shipment unless you request this in advance.
Ship Times
Most orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00AM PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day provided there are no special circumstances, complete bicycles, custom wheel builds or decals to print.. Orders placed after 11:00AM PST, or on holidays, are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Crupi or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your location from our warehouse at zip code 89460. UPS Expedited shipping is available for 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day shipping but cost significantly more.
Local Pickup
If you live locally and would like to order online and pick up at warehouse, this will remove all shipping costs from your order. Please know that if you were to do this your order will not be shipped at all and would sit in the warehouse until items are retrieved. Will call Hours are from 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped at standard USPS Priority International or Express Mail International rates. Any applicable customs, duty, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping F.O.B. Origin
All orders shipped from Crupi are F.O.B. Gardnerville, NV. "FOB Origin” (Freight on Board) indicates the buyer (you) pays shipping cost and takes responsibility for the goods once they leave the seller's (Crupi) premises.

- Select the Free Shipping Option (3 - 8 day delivery) in your cart.
- Free Shipping Orders may not ship the same day they are placed.
- Orders containing items not ready to ship (ie..decals that need printing, Fly Gear which is special ordered, etc...) will ship together with complete order when ready.
- Crupi Parts reserves the right to ship complete or partial orders with this program.

- Physical Address is required. Shipments to PO Box or Rural Routes are not permitted.

Crupi's Free Shipping offer is valid in the US only (48 Contiguous States) on purchases of $250 or more in the same order. Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items.
