Crupi Terms and Conditions for all Customers

 

Credit Cards and Order Payment Methods: 

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express cards and we also accept PayPal at time of purchase.  For credit card purchases, you must provide the name on the card; card number, expiration date and security code (last 3 numbers on the back of Visa, M/C or Discover, 4 numbers on front for American Express).  Along with your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.  Parent approval is required on all orders placed by minors.

California Residents:

Orders being shipped within California will be charged the 9.85% state tax unless you are bike shop and Crupi has your current California Sales Tax Certificate of Resale on file.

Shops Advertising and/or Selling Online:

Any shop selling or promoting our products through the internet must match Crupi's advertised MSRP or risk termination of your account.  MSRP can be found in our price list or on crupibmx.com.  Crupi periodically checks to make sure our products are represented well and for full value.  Please see Crupi's Retail Advertising and MAP Policy for all details.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders received before 11:00AM (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped same day provided there are no special circumstances, complete bicycles, custom wheel builds or decals to print.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Crupi or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Backorders:

Sometimes an item may be out of stock, even if it shows it is available through our website.  If for any reason one or more items on your order is not available, you will be contacted by a sales representative and given the option to remove the item and receive a refund for the unavailable item, or choose another option that is available.  If the product will become available soon, we can hold your order until the item becomes available.  For best up-to-date information on the status of an item, please call (626) 338-1400 or email info@crupibmx.com. 

Shipping Damage:

If your order is delivered damaged, please notify Crupi within 5 days of receipt. You must save your box for proof of shipping damage or your claim may not be processed. It is also a good idea to take pictures of how the package arrived.

Returns:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are fulfillment mistakes we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product for 30 days from the date of purchase.    

For those returning a product because you ordered the wrong product or you have changed your mind, we will accept these returns provided it is accompanied by the original receipt, in brand new condition and in the original packaging. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be made on any item that has been installed on the bike or used. Customers exchanging product are responsible for all shipping charges. Our returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or credits. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped COD will be refused.

Credit Procedures:

We issue credits for accepted claims/returns.  If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued to that same credit card.  Payments by any other method will be refunded by a company check mailed to your billing address within 5 business days after we have been assured of proper credit for your payment.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, the information you provide is used to process your orders, keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience only.  Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Crupi BMX site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crupi Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Crupi Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Crupi shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
